Job summary

The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Tubing Park Check-In Agent to deliver front-line customer service and POS support for Tubing Park guests. Reporting to the Tubing Park Manager, you will process admissions and payments, keep the Welcome Center organized, and answer guest questions in a welcoming environment.

Located near Seattle, this role offers the chance to contribute to a fun, year-round mountain experience with reliable training and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic computer experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process Tubing Park admissions and POS transactions.
• Assist with setup and closing of the Welcome Center.
• Receive payments by credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and perform general cleaning duties.
• Maintain adequate supplies at POS stations.
• Proficiency in POS system for check-in and F&B (training provided).
• Snow removal with hand tools.
• Greet customers entering the Tubing Park and answer questions.
• Follow directions from Supervisors and Leads.
• Assist guests and escalate concerns when needed.
