Job summary

Boyne Resorts’ The Summit at Snoqualmie is hiring a Tubing Park Ticket Scanner to welcome guests and control entry. You will scan tickets, validate dates and sessions, and help ensure a smooth, efficient flow at the Tubing Park entrance.

This hourly role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Compensation ranges from $21.50 to $23.55 per hour, with sick time, Ally Health, and 401(k) participation available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic computer experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Scan guest tickets as they enter the Tubing Park.
• Verify tickets are valid for the date and session.
• Manage the Tubing Park entrance and maintain controlled guest access.
• Maintain an organized flow of guests through the entry gate.
• Monitor and report ticket or scanning discrepancies.
• Follow scanner and equipment procedures.
• Report scanner or equipment issues to leadership.
• Assist with setup and closing of the guest entry area.
• Direct guests to Check-In when additional assistance is needed.
