Job summary

Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Tubing Park Ticket Scanner to welcome guests at the Tubing Park entrance, scan tickets, and ensure smooth entry while maintaining accurate attendance records. You will work with Arrivals and outdoor staff to support controlled access and efficient guest flow.

Responsibilities include ticket validation, assisting guests, and coordinating with leadership to resolve issues. Ideal candidates are 16+, customer-service oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic computer experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Scan guest tickets as they enter the Tubing Park.
• Verify tickets are valid for the date and session.
• Manage the Tubing Park entrance and maintain controlled access.
• Maintain an organized flow of guests through the entry gate.
• Monitor and report ticket or scanning discrepancies.
• Follow scanner and equipment procedures and report issues.
• Assist with setup and closing of the guest entry area.
• Greet or acknowledge guests and answer basic questions.
• Direct guests to Check-In when extra help is needed.
