Job summary

The Summit at Snoqualmie, operated by Boyne Resorts, is looking for a Tubing Park Check-In Agent to provide front-line guest service and POS support. You will process admissions, handle payments, and keep the Welcome Center organized while answering guest questions and maintaining a welcoming environment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic computer experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: customer service experience and language fluency.

• Process Tubing Park admissions and POS transactions.
• Assist with setup and closing of the Welcome Center and surrounding areas.
• Receive payments by credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties.
• Maintain adequate supplies at assigned POS stations.
• Proficiency in POS system for check-in and food & beverage (training available).
• Snow removal with various hand tools.
• Greet customers entering the Tubing Park.
• Answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures or policies.
• Follow direction from the Arrivals Supervisor and Check-In Lead.
• Assist guests and elevate concerns when additional support is needed.

Overview

The Tubing Park Check-In Agent provides front-line customer service and Point of Sale support for Tubing Park guests. Reporting to the Tubing Park Manager and taking day-to-day direction from the Arrivals Supervisor and Check-In Lead, this role processes admissions and other transactions, maintains supplies, and answers guest questions. Success means providing accurate, efficient service while helping keep the Welcome Center organized and welcoming.

Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is a lot to do all year long.

Wage and Benefit Info:

• The wage range for this positions is: from $21.50 to $23.55/hr
• This is a non-benefited role.
• All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2-year vesting cliff).
• All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
• All Team Members may participate in our Ally Heath benefit. It gives fast and easy access to Telemedicine and Mental Health appointments. It covers all family members and there are no copays or deductibles. It is a $4 deduction each week.
