The Summit at Snoqualmie, Home to Seattle’s Mountain Experience, seeks a Tubing Park Hill Attendant. You will assist with guest flow, tube movement, setup and breakdown, ensuring safe and efficient operations across hill areas.

You rotate between hill positions under direction from the Hill Lead to maintain smooth guest service. Requirements include excellent communication and customer service skills, and being at least 16 years old.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Preferred: customer service experience.
• Fluency in a language other than English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with guest flow, tube movement, setup and breakdown.
• Maintain hill area with proper signs and barriers.
• Dispatch and organize tubes; monitor safety and tickets.
• Greet guests and answer questions about procedures.
• Assist with snow removal and general hill upkeep.
