THOR Solutions, LLC is actively seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Management (TSM) System Deficiency Records Management Support Specialist to support the US Coast Guard OPC Resident Inspection Office in Mobile, AL.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in shipbuilding, Security+ certified, and proficient in TSM/ETC and Microsoft Office. Onsite work at the USCG Shipyard facility is required; up to 10% travel anticipated.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Six (6) years of relevant experience in a shipbuilding environment.
• Proficient in the Government TSM system and the ETC tool.
• Security+ certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide OPCRIO, USN INSURV, and shipbuilder personnel with access and training on the TSM System and ETC tool.
• Support tracking deficiency records and related processes (surveillance, test witnessing, CARs, trial cards, and project management records).
• Develop and maintain ship-unique data for OPCRIO deficiency input into the ETC tool and TSM system.
• Assist OPCRIO personnel in maintaining and updating the status of deficiency records from creation through closure in the ETC tool and TSM system.
• Assist OPCRIO in the preparation of technical briefings, assessments, audits, and milestone reviews.
• Utilize available programs, tools, and data sources to assist in preparation of weekly program management and metric reports.
