Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Certified in Security+ requirements.
• Proficient in the Government TSM system and the ETC tool.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Knowledge of ship construction deficiency records management process.

Responsibilities

• Provide TSM System and ETC overview to OPC PRO, INSURV, and shipbuilder personnel.
• Support tracking deficiency records including Surveillance, CARs, trials, and project records.
• Develop and maintain ship-specific data for ETC/TSM deficiency input.
• Assist OPC PRO in updating deficiency statuses from creation to closure.
• Assist with technical briefings, assessments, audits and milestone reviews.
• Prepare weekly program management reports and metric status reports.
• Provide trial card status reports and track corrections post-trials.
• Maintain ETC tool pre-trial deficiencies and transfer data to TSM.
• Assist with pre-screening and screening activities during trials.
• Attend COR meetings and support program reviews.
