Job summary

QED Enterprises, Inc is seeking a Local TSM Administrator to support the U.S. Coast Guard's Offshore Patrol Cutter Program at the Austal USA shipyard in Mobile, Alabama. Responsibilities include managing construction deficiency records, supporting various trial events, and ensuring compliance with security requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of six years in a relevant role, and active CompTIA Security+ certification. This role requires on-site work and active citizenship.

Qualifications

• Active Secret-level security clearance required.
• At least six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Manage deficiency records throughout ship construction, trials, and delivery.
• Support trial events including dock trials and acceptance trials.
• Track and report deficiency record status to Project Manager.

Skills

Proficient in the use of the Government TSM system and the ETC tool

Expertise in Microsoft Office suite

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
