Job summary

A specialized defense contractor is seeking a Technical Support Management (TSM) System Deficiency Records Management Support Specialist to support the United States Coast Guard in Mobile, AL. The role requires experience in shipbuilding and knowledge of deficiency records management, alongside a CompTIA Security+ certification. Effective communication and proficiency with relevant software is essential. Eligible candidates must be U.S. citizens, able to obtain a SECRET security clearance, and travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for a Secret security clearance is required.
• At least six years of relevant experience in a shipbuilding environment.
• Proficient with the Coast Guard Standard Workstation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and access support on TSM System and ETC tool.
• Support tracking deficiency records and processes.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the status of deficiency records.
