Job summary

UnityTec is seeking a Ship Trials Deficiency Management Specialist in Mobile, AL to coordinate deficiency records and trial cards, support inspections, trials, and program reviews, and maintain data integrity across stakeholders.

The role requires experience with TSM/ETC systems, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of ship construction deficiency processes. Active DoD-level clearance is expected as part of project requirements.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in government/deficiency management roles.
• Proficient with Government TSM system and the ETC tool.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Knowledge of ship construction deficiency records management process.

Responsibilities

• Administer TSM/ETC Systems and ensure cybersecurity compliance, data integrity.
• Oversee lifecycle of deficiency records and trial cards, supporting inspections and trials.
• Develop and transfer ship-specific deficiency data and generate status reports.
• Support INSURV/OPC PRO during inspections and trials, and provide data for audits and reviews.
• Provide on-site operational IT support for dockside and at-sea trial events.
