Job summary

VTG is seeking a User Support Specialist to support National Security customers. You will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug complex software applications, providing technical support for multiple applications and building deep knowledge of their functionality and configurations.

You will collaborate with developers to report defects and maintain system documentation, leveraging five years of experience in workflow design, account administration, and scripting to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• 3+ years of user and application administration support including user accounts and configuration.
• 5+ years drafting and maintaining technical systems documentation in a custom software development context.
• 5+ years of workflow design and management.
• 5+ years of user account administration and access control.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug complex software applications.
• Provide technical support for multiple applications (legacy and newly developed).
• Build and maintain understanding of functionality, configuration, and limitations of multiple applications.
• Collaborate with application developers to identify and report defects, bugs, and issues affecting reliability and maintenance.
