Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Minimum of three years of experience providing basic user and application administration support.
• Associates degree or no degree with seven years related work experience.
• Five years of drafting and maintaining technical systems documentation.
• Five years of workflow design and management.
• Five years of user access control experience.
• Five years of scripting experience; PowerShell or Bash preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug complex software applications.
• Provide technical support for multiple applications, both legacy and new.
• Build and maintain understanding of functionality, configuration, and limitations of multiple applications.
• Collaborate with application developers to identify and report defects and issues.
• Work in a team environment and communicate with end-users.
