Job summary

The Kenjya-Trusant Group is seeking a Systems Administrator to support our Maryland client across Linux/UNIX and Windows environments. The role covers installation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing operations of IT systems, with emphasis on security and cross-domain considerations.

Levels 0–2 outline progressively higher experience, with salary ranges shown; US citizenship and TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Linux experience required for all levels.
• US citizenship required for access to information.
• Security clearance TS/SCI w/ Poly required.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Supports day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification and resolution.
• Supports the dispatch system and hardware problems and participates in resolution.
• Configures UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/configures system software and network components.
