• Linux experience is a requirement for all levels.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Security Clearance TS/SCI w/ Poly is required.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification and resolution.
• Support the dispatch system and hardware problems and participate in resolution.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and install/configure software.
• Provide day-to-day operations monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices.
