Peraton in Arlington, VA is seeking Systems Administrators to support the SITEC 3 EOM contract for USSOCOM, providing O&M, NetOps, and end-user support globally 24x7x365.

Duties include installing and maintaining IT hardware/software, PKI, CAC PIN resets, VTC testing, messaging support, ITSM incident management, and end-user issue resolution; position requires TS/SCI clearance, DoW 8140 intermediate level or higher, and up to 20% travel within NCR.

Qualifikationen

• 12 years experience with a high school diploma; 10 years with an associate degree; or 8 years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Active DoW TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Meet DoW 8140 requirements for Work Role Code 451, Systems Administrator, at the Intermediate level or higher.
• Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills and a customer-focused service attitude.
• Be available for up to 20 percent local travel within the National Capital Region (NCR).
• Available to switch work locations between the Mark Center and Pentagon.
• Available to travel to Tampa, Florida for training.

Aufgaben

• Install, configure, upgrade, maintain, troubleshoot, and remove IT hardware and software.
• Administer user accounts, access permissions, and related system services.
• Manage PKI, certificate, token, CAC PIN resets, and local registration authority functions.
• Test, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop VTC systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot VTC sessions, including VIP events.
• Support messaging and collaboration services, including email and chat.
• Create, update, route, track, and escalate incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
• Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware, software, OS, peripherals, and connectivity issues; reimage systems as required.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to internal support or vendors.
• Install, relocate, upgrade, and support disposition of IT hardware/software.
• Support CSfC capabilities and secure mobility/remote-access solutions.
