Job summary

Peraton is seeking a UC Administrator to support the SITEC - 3 EOM task order. The role involves managing SOCOM UC systems, upgrading software, and ensuring secure, reliable communications for USSOCOM across global operations 24x7x365.

Responsibilities include configuring Office 365 and Cisco Jabber, monitoring service health, and maintaining network security. A TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8570 IAT II certification, and relevant IT experience are required.

Qualifications

• BS/HS/AA with required years of IT experience per the minimum qualifications.
• DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification required.
• At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating platforms and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Administers SOCOM Unified Communications systems per Government policies.
• Coordinates and implements UC software/hardware upgrades.
• Troubleshoots UC performance, connectivity and related issues.
• Administers UC security, antivirus, and spam controls.
• Uses tools to monitor and troubleshoot the network and UC services.
• Documents and maintains UC topologies and configurations.
• Adds Office 365 users and assigns licenses; manages settings.
• Monitors Office 365 and Cisco Jabber usage and resolves issues.
• Keeps SaaS services updated and evaluates new features for USSOCOM.
