Job summary

Peraton is seeking Systems Administrators to support the SITEC-3 EOM contract at our Arlington, VA location. You will help maintain NetOps, systems, and end-user support worldwide 24x7x365, with responsibilities including PKI, VTC maintenance, ITSM incident handling, and secure mobility solutions.

The role requires DoW TS/SCI clearance, experience with government IT systems, and willingness to travel within NCR and to Tampa for training.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT experience required: 12 years with HS diploma; 10 years with an associate; 8 years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Active DoW TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoW 8140 Work Role Code 451 at Intermediate level or higher.
• Excellent oral and written communication; customer-focused service attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within NCR and be able to switch between Mark Center and Pentagon; travel to Tampa for training.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, maintain, troubleshoot, and remove IT hardware and software.
• Administer user accounts and access permissions; manage shared-file access.
• Manage PKI, certificates, CAC PIN resets, and local registration authority functions.
• Test, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop VTC systems; support VIP events.
• Monitor and troubleshoot VTC sessions and messaging services (email/chat).
• Create, update, route, track, and escalate incidents using ITSM tools.
• Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware/software/OS issues; reimage as required.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to internal teams or vendors.
• Support CSfC capabilities and secure mobility/remote-access solutions.
