Montcure, LLC in the National Capital Region seeks an A-123 / RMIC Audit Manager (PP&E and Audit Support) to advise the DIA Audit & Internal Controls Branch. The role provides technical supervision, organizes work, and guides a team on PP&E processes.

You will communicate status to senior leadership, develop dashboards, and ensure compliance with RMICP/ICOFR and GAAP. Active TS/SCI clearance required; contingency upon award; salary range $120,000-$160,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Equivalent experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum five years of auditing and cost accounting experience.
• Minimum five years of PP&E audit experience.
• Experience with budget formation and finance/cost analysis.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
• Strong GAAP and RMICP/ICOFR knowledge.
• Experience creating dashboards using Power BI or Excel.

• Supervise and guide PP&E audit engagement tasks.
• Organize work and assign tasks to supporting personnel.
• Oversee timely completion of all tasks under PP&E and audit engagement.
• Communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal control frameworks.
