Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC seeks a RMF Cybersecurity Analyst to support Federal Government/IC programs. You will serve as ISSO for IC systems, manage RMF processes, author SSPs/SSTPs, and coordinate with ISM and AO. Strong writing and communication are essential.

Requirements include 3+ years IC RMF A&A, NIST 800-53 expertise, and TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility. On-site work in Sterling, VA with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with RMF Assessment and Authorization (A&A) in IC or DoD settings.
• Ability to describe differences between collateral and SCI authorization requirements.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53 controls and assessment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Xacta application (minimum 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Act as ISSO for IC cyber systems being developed by the engineering team.
• Report, document, and brief system status through RMF progression to ISSM or senior govt leadership.
• Provide justification for security control implementations per IC/NIST guidance.
• Author SSPs and SSTPs; perform self-assessments of systems.
• Analyze security controls and remediation options for vulnerabilities.
• Support risk assessments conducted by Security Control Assessors (SCA).
• Ensure remediation of findings in SAR and POA&M; defend waiver rationale.
• Assist with transition of systems to Operations branch and assign an ISSO.
• Research remediation options for vulnerabilities in development or production.
