Job summary

Blake Willson Group in Washington, DC, seeks an experienced RMIC Program Manager to oversee a complex federal program focused on Risk Management and Internal Controls, financial management, and audit readiness. You will coordinate multiple task orders, lead teams, and ensure deliverables meet contractual objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in federal financial management and 5+ years leading teams and multi-workstream engagements; an active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in federal financial management, internal controls, audit readiness, and/or risk management.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams and schedules for complex federal engagements.
• 5+ years of experience coordinating multiple workstreams and engaging with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Contractor point of contact for BPA-level execution and coordination with Government representatives.
• Oversee staffing, resource allocation, schedule coordination, and performance across active call orders.
• Manage teams supporting RMIC, internal controls, audit readiness, and risk management initiatives.
• Identify and elevate program risks, performance issues, and gaps for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders to align on priorities, deliverables, and objectives.
• Apply federal regulations, policies, and standards to support risk management and internal controls.
• Monitor execution and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and contractual compliance.
