Job summary

Arcfield seeks a Project Engineer II to support the customer in a dynamic environment, tracking action items, requirements, and division-level communications. You will assist in management plans, briefing packages, and TEMs while coordinating with multiple teams and travel logistics for senior managers.

The role requires strong communication, ability to coordinate schedules, and experience with documentation and policy development at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technical or scientific discipline.
• Ability to facilitate groups to capture work processes and workflows.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with the Customer environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support management in creating briefing packages for Senior Leadership.
• Coordinate action items, schedules, and meeting minutes for ongoing projects.
• Facilitate meetings and information sessions with stakeholders and developers.
• Assist in documenting program requirements and TEMs.
• Prepare and maintain procedures, org charts, and personnel lists.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for senior managers and maintain welcome docs.
• Manage office supply budget and ordering; assist training arrangements.
• Coordinate with Sponsor elements and government agencies for TDY/PCS activities.
