Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technical or business discipline.
• Experience facilitating groups to capture work processes and workflows.
• Broad understanding of acquisition activities and protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage executive audiences.
• Experience coordinating project schedules and preparing briefings/presentations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing management plans and reports with data for Senior Leadership.
• Facilitate meetings and information sessions with stakeholders and developers.
• Identify, track, and monitor action items; manage schedules and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for senior managers.
• Support floor space and resource planning; manage office supply budget.
