Job summary

Red Alpha in Columbia, MD seeks a Project Coordinator to support program management teams on large-scale government or intelligence programs, coordinating personnel, resources, and activities. You will combine technical know-how with organizational skills to ensure objectives are met and deliverables are on schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical or business discipline with a minimum of three years on large-scale programs.
• At least 1 year of intelligence community or SIGINT support experience.
• Ability to coordinate requirements, resources, funding, and scheduling for programs.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint to support program operations.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating personnel for task orders and integrated product teams.
• Assist in developing management plans and preparing cost and performance reports.
• Coordinate work packages, work breakdown structures, and related program functions.
• Manage logistics for travel, meetings, briefings, and other program activities.
