Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Contract Operations Supervisor at Fort Meade, MD to manage a security-focused facility contract. The role requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph, a 7:00am–4:00pm schedule, and daily on-site leadership of staff and subcontractors.

The position offers a $110,000 annual salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to drive process improvements while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years' experience managing a workforce on a contract of similar scope and size.
• Demonstrated ability and knowledge of building service management and applicable equipment/chemicals.
• Ability to supervise, train, and develop staff while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day to day operation of assigned contract.
• Hires, evaluates, and supervises all staff members.
• Ensures compliance with dress code, safety procedures, and building security.
• Presents ideas to Contracts Administrator based on contract needs and performs gap analyses.
• Maintains payroll and time records within budget and prepares schedules.
• Establishes inspection procedures, trains supervisors, and coordinates vendor training.
