Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Program Manager for Custodial Operations to oversee the daily activities and ensure high-quality service delivery. Located in Fort Meade, this role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in managing a workforce providing services on a contract of similar scope.
• Knowledge of building service management and relevant equipment.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation of assigned contract.
• Ensures quality of work and compliance with safety procedures.
• Communicates effectively with staff and authorities.
