Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience managing a workforce on a contract of similar scope and size.
• Experience in building service management and related equipment/chemicals.
• Must meet the education requirements and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complies with Agency policies and contract specifications.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with government facility staff.
• Oversees day-to-day operation of the contract and staffing.
• Ensures safety training and compliance with all safety procedures.
