Job summary

Quantech Services, Inc. in Chantilly, VA, seeks a versatile Facilities Project Manager to provide full-service facility management oversight for a major IC client. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary projects, ensure timely, on-budget delivery, and support strategic planning and budget processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in IC/DOD or related fields, active TS/SCI with CI polygraph, and the ability to work onsite. Travel 0-10%; PMP desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or architectural field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Experience overseeing facilities contracts (design, studies, O&M, and/or construction).
• Familiarity with facility architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local building and safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with U.S. government representatives at multiple levels and coordinate efforts.
• Lead and back-up on several facilities projects to ensure delivery.
• Ensure project and contract deliverables are completed on time, within quality standards and budget.
• Maintain document control.
• Advocate for and justify budget requests and project prioritization.
• Develop and deliver contract documentation including work, cost and schedule estimates and status reports.
• Input and maintain project management data in the client’s system of record.
• Enrich project management concepts through knowledge, research, and technical visualization skills.
• Attend site visits and collaborate with other project managers to address requirements and RFIs.
• Other duties as assigned.
