Job summary

Chimes DC is seeking a Program Manager (Custodial Operations - AM Shift) to lead the custodial program under a government contract. The role requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph and a 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday shift.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, quality control, safety compliance, and liaison with government facility staff to ensure contract specifications are met. Salary is $110,000 per year with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; knowledge of safety procedures recommended.
• Experience managing a workforce on a contracted facility services program is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation of the custodial contract.
• Ensures compliance with agency policies, contract specifications, and safety procedures.
• Hires, evaluates, and supervises staff; trains supervisors and provides guidance.

Education

Valid CPR/FA certification preferred
