Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Facilities Project Manager in Lompoc, CA, responsible for managing the project life cycle for assigned projects valued from $200K to $50M. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and oversight of project execution and contractor activities.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of relevant experience. The target salary range is $120,001 - $160,000.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in the IC, DOD or Commercial Sector.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local building and safety codes.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison to U.S. government representatives.
• Manage activities of A/E firms and construction contractors.
• Conduct and validate cost proposals.

Skills

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge of facility operations

Ability to manage multiple resources

Education

Bachelor's degree in facilities related engineering or architectural field

Master’s Degree in a Business, Engineering or Architectural Field
