Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking an Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Systems/Facilities) for a role in Lompoc, CA. The position focuses on design, testing, and documentation of facility systems used in spacecraft processing, with cross-disciplinary coordination.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read SOPs, P&IDs and electrical drawings; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, install, test and document operations, maintenance, repairs, and modifications for facility systems.
• Perform problem reporting and root cause analysis for facility systems.
• Participate in engineering configuration control; develop Engineering Change Requests and supporting docs.
• Analyze facility systems for maintenance and operational improvements.
• Represent the organization on contracts and deliver presentations as required.
• Oversee testing of critical facility systems; operate test equipment and record data.
