Job summary

Leidos is seeking a highly organized Facility Project Manager in the Intel Sector to plan, organize, and manage resources to deliver program goals on time and within budget. You will interface with leaders, subcontractors, and support staff to coordinate efforts and communicate with stakeholders.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, a relevant degree, and a background in national security or security-focused domains. Proficiency with MS Office and project controls tools is essential.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance required.
• BA/BS in construction science, engineering, architecture, project management, business administration, or information systems with 4+ years experience or masters with 2+ years.
• Experience in national security, intelligence analysis, or security-focused domains.
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical building systems.
• Proficient with MS Office and business apps.
• Experience with acquisition processes (facility services, A&E, construction contracting).
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including briefing senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Interface with functional leaders, task leads, subcontractors, and support staff to coordinate resources and responsibilities.
• Provide strategic communication planning for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of new products, services, or operational strategies in support of organizational goals.
• Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
• Responsible for entire projects or processes within a professional area.
• May include coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
