Job summary

V2X is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead government facilities construction projects in Warrenton, VA. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph and is onsite.

You will oversee project design and construction, coordinate with contractors and field teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance across the project lifecycle. This position demands strong leadership, advanced MS Project/MAXIMO skills, and the ability to brief senior officials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; five years’ experience may substitute for degree.
• Ten years’ experience in project management/facilities PM.
• Five years’ experience with MS Project or equivalent PM software.
• Proficient with MS Windows and Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Access, SharePoint).
• PMP is desirable.
• Knowledge of sound program management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage project design and construction scope, schedules, funding, and daily oversight.
• Evaluate contractor performance and coordinate with field personnel.
• Prepare weekly status reports and distribute communications to customers and stakeholders.
• Assist CO/COTR with acquisition planning, site visits, and contract administration.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets; guide contracting and construction issues.
• Optimize performance, cost, and schedule to meet objectives.
• Generate MAXIMO projects and ensure systems integration for closeout.
• Prepare Contractor Performance Reports at contract closeout.
