Job summary

Peraton is seeking a PC Technician to support SITEC-3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance at Camp Lejeune, NC. The role focuses on end-user device support, network connectivity, and IT service delivery for USSOCOM components around the globe.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, IMAC services, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless operations. A DoD TS/SCI clearance is required, with opportunities for overtime and shift differentials depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with Windows OS and O365.
• Experience with Active Directory security groups, Exchange DLs, and file share permissions.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of services in support of end users and missions at assigned locations.
• Manages and provides day-to-day support for End User Devices with local or remote access.
• Provides troubleshooting and resolves technical issues.
• Conducts IMACs and reinstallations as needed.
• Troubleshoots and repairs software and network connectivity issues.
• Plans, installs, and manages equipment installations and upgrades.
