Job summary

Titan Technologies, LLC seeks an experienced PC Technician to support SITEC III, enabling IT services for USSOCOM and allied forces. You will handle end-user support, desktop hardware, software, O365, and network connectivity in a high-demand environment.

The role is a one-year, temp position with full-time hours. You will work with EUDs, provide remote access, and contribute to mission readiness while maintaining strict security standards.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoW 8140 Work Role Code 411 compliance expected.
• Experience with Windows OS and O365 suite.
• Experience with AD security groups, distribution lists and permissions.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user and mission IT support.
• Manage End User Devices with local/remote access.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform IMAC and hardware refresh migrations.
• Configure and maintain IT equipment per standards.
• Coordinate installations and site surveys.
• Support VDI hardware/software per USSOCOM images.
• Assist with VoIP provisioning and telephony features.
• Deliver user training and customer issue resolution.
• Collaborate with multiple IT teams to ensure service delivery.
