Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Operations Manager I in the United States, Maryland to provide customer solutions Help Desk support for the Content and Event Warehouses. The role requires strong customer service, organization skills, and a TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.
• A master’s degree in a technical field will be considered equivalent to four (4) years of experience.
• Five (5) years or more of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end user help desk tickets and escalate issues.
• Educate users on system functionality.
