Job summary

CACI is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in Fort Meade, MD. This position, under general supervision, assists users with government databases, software, and systems, and supports the Tier I/II help desk to resolve software issues on first contact.

The role requires a TS/SCI with Poly clearance, a technical degree, US citizenship, and experience with Oracle/database and TomCat/IIS. 2+ years in system administration, strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with poly.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
• IAT Level I (A+-CE, Network+CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security).
• Oracle or database experience.
• Web server experience (TomCat and IIS).
• 2+ years of Systems Administration experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with government databases, software, and systems.
• Support Tier I/II help desk to perform first contact resolution of software issues.
• Work an 8-hour shift from the Fort Meade location during core hours of 6:00am – 4:00pm.
