Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• TS/SCI clearance with minimum Secret at hire.
• Experience in analysis, solution development and IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review technical documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule VTCs for Senior Leadership.
• Serve as facility maintenance POC for the PEO.
• Suggest improvements to methods, performance and quality.
• Track special duty and ad hoc actions.
• Coordinate facilities management and submit work orders.
• Manage internal communications and workflow using SharePoint.
• Prepare documentation for equipment purchases and management.
• Verify clearances and coordinate security requirements (DISS/JPAS).
• Attend recurring meetings and coordinate visits and briefings.
• Submit service requests; write emergency/planning scenarios.
• Prepare quarterly/annual reports and support ASIP updates.
• Participate in IPTs and coordination meetings.
• Prepare and execute high-visibility visit logistics (agendas, transportation, meals, A/V).
• Safeguard and deliver government material; coordinate meetings and minutes.
• Transport VTC equipment and ensure connectivity.
