Qualifications

• 10 years of experience within the past 15 years in program management life cycle and OT&E.
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Requirements Officer by researching and analyzing requirements for proposed technical solutions.
• Develop project plans, test plans and briefs.
• Conduct data entry and maintain databases.
• Coordinate LOEs and field exercises.
• Provide written analysis and reports of alternatives to meet objectives.
• Plan meeting schedules and prepare meeting minutes.
• Monitor S&T development efforts and identify applicable technologies for new projects.
• Produce After-Action Reports (AAR) and trip reports of findings.
• Provide admin support and SME input on other S&T and Resourcing efforts.
