Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in program management life cycle within the past 15 years.
• Operational test and evaluation (OT&E) and field engineering practices knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint.
• Possess a TOP SECRET/SENSITIVE COMPARTMENTED INFORMATION (TS/SCI) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Requirements Officer by researching and analyzing requirements for technical solutions.
• Develop project plans, test plans and briefs for LOEs and field exercises.
• Enter data, maintain databases, and generate written/AAR reports.
• Coordinate LOEs, field exercises, and meeting schedules with stakeholders.
• Monitor S&T development efforts and advise on technologies for new projects.
• Attend LOEs and field exercises and document findings in reports.
• Provide admin support and SME input for other S&T and Resourcing efforts.
