Qualifications

• Experience in field engineering, integration support, or deployment.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting across hardware and infrastructure.
• Experience with ticket-based workflows and service response expectations.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, cabling, hardware swaps and physical support.
• Troubleshoot break‑fix incidents and restore services quickly.
• Handle support tickets, service requests and field issues through closure.
• Validate equipment functionality and document actions taken.
• Maintain tools, spares, parts and readiness as required.
