• Serve as an Integration support engineer
• Provide hands‑on installation, sustainment, troubleshooting, and field execution
• Coordinate directly with engineering and operations teams
• As well as provide direct customer-facing support in operational settings
• Perform installation, integration, cabling, hardware swaps, and physical support tasks
• Troubleshoot break‑fix incidents and restore services as quickly as possible
• Support tickets, service requests, and field issues through closure
• Validate equipment functionality and document support actions taken
• Maintain tools, spares, parts, and support readiness as required Qualifications:
• Experience in one of the following:
• Field engineering, integration support, break‑fix, deployment, technical support
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting skills across hardware and infrastructure components
• Experience with ticket‑based workflows and service response expectations
• Ability to work onsite and support physically active technical tasks
• Candidates must be able to lift up to 25lbs. Preferred qualifications
• Experience in data center, lab, or secure facility support environments
• Experience with imaging, build, rack‑and‑stack, or cable management activities
• Experience supporting shift work, travel, or after‑hours response as needed
• Familiarity with spare parts control, asset handling, and escalation coordination
