PGTEK in Chantilly, VA is seeking a hands-on Integration Support professional to install, integrate, and sustain mission-critical systems for a federal customer. The role is onsite five days a week in a secure environment, requiring active TS/SCI clearance and strong troubleshooting skills.

You will work with engineering, networks, and logistics teams to deliver deployment, cabling, hardware swaps, and field support.

Qualifications

• Experience in field engineering or integration support.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and infrastructure.
• Experience handling incidents, service requests, or tickets.
• Ability to work onsite in a secure facility.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Perform hands-on installation, integration, deployment, cabling, hardware replacement, and physical support activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure issues, perform break-fix activities, restore systems to operational status promptly.
• Manage support tickets, service requests, and field incidents through resolution with proper documentation.
• Validate equipment functionality after installations, repairs, and hardware swaps.
• Document troubleshooting steps, actions, changes, and support activities.
• Coordinate with systems, networks, automation, and logistics teams for deployments and sustainment.
• Assist with deployment prep, equipment staging, and installation activities.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and equipment for field operations.
• Follow site procedures, escalation paths, security requirements, and change management practices.
• Provide direct customer-facing technical support in operational environments.
• Support mission readiness by identifying issues and escalating problems when needed.
• Perform other deployment and technical support duties as required.
