Job summary

PGTEK is seeking a hands-on Integration Support professional to assist a federal customer in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on installation, integration, sustainment, troubleshooting, and field support in a secure, on-site environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in field engineering, deployment, or hardware break-fix, works with teams across engineering, networks, and logistics to keep mission systems operational, and must hold an active TS/SCI clearance to work onsite five days per

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Onsite five days per week in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, deploy, cabling, hardware replacements, and physical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure issues and perform break-fix activities.
• Manage support tickets and field incidents through resolution with proper documentation.
• Validate equipment functionality after installations, repairs, and changes.
• Coordinate with systems/network/automation/logistics teams for deployments and readiness.
• Provide direct customer-facing technical support in secure environments.
