Job summary

Miami Technical Services (MTS) in Colorado Springs, CO seeks an IT Help Desk Technician with TS/SCI clearance. You will field end user IT trouble tickets, install and troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, and software, and support classified networks (NIPRNet) across Unclassified to Top Secret-SCI levels.

You will coordinate with base and program offices, provide Tier I–III support, and help ensure consistent uptime and secure IT operations for federal clients.

Qualifications

• 6 years experience in IT technical support and computer maintenance.
• Education includes High School Diploma and IAT Level 2 Certification.
• Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Field end user IT trouble tickets for software and hardware issues.
• Ensure health and uptime of IT assets and end users.
• Install and troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, and software.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and setup for new employees.
• Create, delete and manage user accounts on classified networks.
• Provide first-line support (Tier I–III) for IT issues.
• Coordinate with internal/external agencies to resolve faults.
• Plan technical refreshes of network computers with CM coordination.
• Assist with VTCs and overall IT operations.
