Job summary

Miami Technical Services in Colorado Springs seeks an IT Help Desk Technician (TS/SCI required) to field end-user IT tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software, and ensure the health and uptime of IT assets for government users. Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• IAT Level 2 Certification.
• Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Government networked and standalone systems at various classification levels.
• Maintain a Government provided trouble ticket system and track results.
• Provide first-line support to resolve hardware and software IT-related issues (Tier I–III).
• Create, delete and manage user accounts on classified networks; provision and de-provision accounts on NIPRNet; maintain access forms.
