Job summary

Cornerstone Defense LLC is seeking a Help Desk Technician in Springfield, VA to deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for a government-facing COTS software solution. You will serve as the primary contact for end users, resolve incidents, and help users adopt the system.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph to apply, strong customer service, and disciplined troubleshooting. You’ll work with distributed teams to ensure reliable operations during releases and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (relevant experience may substitute).
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community or DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• End-user support across multiple channels (phone, email, tickets).
• Log, prioritize, troubleshoot, document, and resolve incidents per SLAs.
• Assist with user onboarding, go-live, and post-launch support.
