Job summary
Team Carney, Inc. is seeking an agile IT/AV Support Specialist to act as the on-site first responder for classroom IT/AV issues at JCITA’s Quantico, VA headquarters.
The role spans unclassified and classified networks, SCIF multimedia hardware maintenance, secure account lifecycle management, and designated Trusted Agent duties for cross-domain data transfers. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance, an Associate’s technical degree, and 5+ years of hands-on enterprise IT/AV support experience
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Associate’s degree in a related technical field at minimum.
- 5+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting enterprise IT hardware, software, and integrated AV equipment.
- Trusted Agent capability for secure cross-domain data transfers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and AV issues in classroom and auditorium environments.
- Assist student and instructor account setups and system profile configurations.
- Log, track, and close incident tickets per DIA Help Desk guidelines.
- Perform physical installation, cabling, and replacement of IT/AV systems in SCIF spaces.
- Support development and review of technical documentation and System Security Plans (SSPs).
