Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks an Information Security professional to support national sites via remote technical expertise. The role covers hardware, networking, and systems support in both unclassified and classified environments, requiring hands-on problem solving, autonomy, and collaboration across dispersed teams.

The candidate will work on image/deploy desktops, manage OS and BIOS, patch network ports, harden switches, configure VOIP, and support user moves across sites.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Windows desktop operating systems and Dell/HP hardware.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid understanding of network communications and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy physical desktops.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware including desktops, laptops, zero clients, and monitors.
• Manage operating systems, BIOS configurations, and overall workstation health.
• Patch network ports and trace network lines.
• Install, manage, and harden Cisco network switches.
• Install and configure VOIP phones and voicemail.
• Troubleshoot phone-related issues and ensure reliable communication services.
• Plan and execute user moves, ensuring smooth transitions of computers, phones, and network connectivity.
• Prepare obsolete or decommissioned assets for proper disposal.
• Partner with other IT teams on enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Support both unclassified and classified systems.
