Team Carney, Inc. is seeking an agile IT/AV Support Specialist to serve as the physical first responder for classroom IT/AV issues at JCITA’s Quantico, VA headquarters.

The role requires troubleshooting across unclassified and classified networks (NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS) and secure cross-domain data transfers. This on-site position operates in a SCIF environment and demands a TS/SCI clearance, an Associate degree, and at least five years of hands-on enterprise IT/AV experience supporting secure

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Associate degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on enterprise IT/AV troubleshooting.
• Trusted Agent capability for secure cross-domain transfers.
• Deep understanding of DIA directives and SCIF handling.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and AV issues in classrooms.
• Assist student and instructor accounts and profile setups with JCITA Security.
• Log, prioritize, and close incident tickets per the DIA Help Desk guidelines.
• Install, relocate, and replace IT systems and AV hardware in classrooms and auditoriums.
• Serve as a designated DIA JCITA Trusted Agent for secure cross-domain transfers.
• Develop and review technical documentation and System Security Plans per DIA directives.
• Maintain readiness of NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS workstations and secure printers in SCIF spaces.
