Job summary

SAIC in Chantilly, VA is seeking a motivated Technical Services Analyst to provide onsite IT support, diagnose and repair computer systems, manage ticketing, and assist with moves, imaging, and asset documentation. You will also support VTC and audiovisual events in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience, Security+ certification, and Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience; 4 additional years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Security+ Certification is required.
Active TS/SCI clearance with a Poly is required.
U.S. Citizen status required.
Experience providing onsite technical support.
1–2 years of experience with hardware updates.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support teams.
Manage work assignments and tasks through a ticketing system.
Assist with computer moves, system imaging, deployment, and documentation of equipment reception/removal.
Maintain and update asset records.
Support video-teleconferencing (VTC) and audiovisual events, including setup and troubleshooting.
Work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage AV/VTC events with minimal supervision.
